mymedia’s story
With over 30 years experience, print guru Sree Sundram, technical wizard John Sreetharan and operations expert Steve Salmon had developed a strong reputation as print producers based on two values: developing long-term relationships with clients as they grew; and being a technological innovator in the sector.
In 2002, with the communications industry in flux, the team decided on an ambitious project, to offer a service that solved clients’ broader marketing needs, from print to digital to strategy, while maintaining their values of client focus and production innovation from the print field. MyMedia was born, opening its doors in Shoreditch.
The team built on their expertise in IT infrastructure and print ordering systems to support our growing clients needs. Sree moved to Malaysia to setup a production facility for print and merchandise to give clients a global service, as their needs grew.
In London, the team expanded. Ken Wilson-Max brought years of creative experience. Phong Ho joined the team, with unique design and branding insight. Damian Peel brought years of experience gained in London's biggest creative agencies. The MyMedia team could now boast business, creative, project management skills in house via a global network. Their small team of 7 were soon competing for contracts against agencies of 70… and winning.
Today, MyMedia is working with global clients such as KBC and Transperfect, on strategic level, implementing on email marketing, ecommerce platforms and websites, social media, print marketing campaigns with a focused vision: to ensure marketing can reduce waste and improve business performance.
